You have to confirm your pre-reservation made by telephone or e-mail:
– You receive an agreement from us in duplicate by post or by e-mail.
– You sign it (copy one and copy two).
– Your reservation will be considered as firm when:
a) we receive the signed agreement (copy one and copy two),
b) your initial payment is actually cashed. The amount is 25% of rental amount. You may pay with a credit transfer. In any case, currency is euro and payment is cashed in France.
– You receive the agreement signed by us (one copy). Upon your request, you can receive it through e-mail in a fully scanned format.
When you arrive :
– Balance of the rental amount (75%) in cash or transfered before you arrive.
– Guarantee in cash.
